Five Angelicans Made it to the Palaro
The Angelicum College had officially sent five selected athletes to the 53rd Palarong Pambansa on May 2 – 5, 2012 in Lingayen, Pangasinan.
The 37th Commencement Exercises of Angelicum College
After long years of hardships, burning the midnight oil, examinations, competitions, experiments, research papers, and mastery activities, comes the day that the YS-11 learners have been longing for: their Graduation Day. The 37th Commencement Exercises of the Angelicum College was held last April 12, 2012 at the Sto. Domingo Church, Quezon City. Rev. Fr. Jesus M. Miranda, Jr., O.P., Ph.D., Vice-Rector and Director for Financial Affairs, awarded the successful alumni in their chosen fields of career and in their service to society based on their outstanding professional and personal accomplishments.The Alumni Achiever's Awardees 2012 are Mr. Jojie Lloren, designer and mentor of Project Runway Philippines, Mr. Bong Ramos, a basketball coach, Mr. Mark Acelajado of Chevron, Ms. Anne Curtis-Smith, Princess of All Media, and Mr. Angelicum Oda, United Nations’ consultant.
ASAP Sports Clinic Kicks Off
April 9 was a big day for kids participating in the ASAP (Angelicum Summer Activity Program), which started on that date. Among the highlights are the activities of the Roebucks Basketball Academy, Swimming Clinic, and the Football Youth Training Council.
Leunoel Dawis is Athlete of the Year Awardee
Last March 30, 2012, an Angelican Roebuck received the Athletic Award during the Higher Level Recognition Day. The awardee is no other than LEUNOEL DAWIS, member of the Angelicum Roebucks High School Girls Basketball Team. Listed below are the awards she received in her off-campus activities which enabled her to qualify for the said award.
