Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development Management (BSBA-HRDM)

This program is designed to provide students with theories and concepts of basic management, compensation and benefits, legal issues in human resource management (HRM), labor relations, workforce effectiveness, employee training, and development.

The program aims to produce graduates who are equipped with knowledge and abilities in recruitment, compensation, and benefits-provision, among other human resources-related fields.

Program Highlights

    • Basic training on the industry, education, development activities in human resource development, impacts of technology, and international development on world societies
    • Coursework on strategic planning, occupational decision-making, and development theory

Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship

This program is an applied learning of the nuances of entrepreneurial work. The course provides learning on the development, management, and maintenance of business ventures using e-commerce, distributed thinking, strategic business marketing, business planning, and means to finance a new venture.

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science

It is a course in applied learning of the practical aspects of programming and latest computing technology. It provides students fundamental programming, data structures, mathematical competency, software analysis, designs, and testing of fundamental principles in computer science.

Program Highlights

    • Basic and advanced learning on programming includes understanding of computer algorithms, coding conventions, and other basic programming constructs
    • Adequate understanding of programmer-oriented survey of contemporary authoring in latest internet technology

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology

This course is designed to offer excellent training on the service-oriented tasks involved in the IT industry by selecting, managing, and maintaining computer infrastructures in a wide range of settings. The course also provides competency trainings in the development, management, and maintenance of IT systems integral to the needs of the industry both local and international.

Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education

  • Certificate in Teaching Program (CTP)

These courses prepare students to become professional teachers in secondary schools in the Philippines. They also offer competency training for future educators by developing methodical skills that will allow them more options and greater flexibility in designing and implementing learning environments that will maximize their students’ learning, once they are in the teaching service.

The BSEd Major in Biological Science program is designed to provide students a solid foundation in Biology as well as the related fields of Chemistry and Physics. Graduates of this program have competencies in teaching Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

The BSEd Major in Mathematics program is designed to prepare students for educational roles as secondary teachers. Participants in the program have opportunities to build their mathematics content background through content courses.

In both programs, there are pre-service and in-service teaching opportunities for professional experiences. Students’ pedagogical skills are developed and enhanced through the Professional Education subjects. Their 6-unit Practice Teaching and 6-unit Field Study subjects enable them to experience the actual classroom environment.

In addition, students gain exposure to the Humanities and Social Sciences as well as in Theology subjects which contribute to the total development of their personality.

Individual tutoring and assistance is offered to students who experience occasional difficulties in their course work. Both programs have highly competent and qualified faculty members. 

The Certificate in Teaching Program (CTP) is designed to provide intensive and extensive training for non-teacher education graduates who intend to teach. The program aims to produce highly competent, totally committed, and profoundly compassionate teachers upon completion of eighteen (18) units of professional education.

    • Partnership with reputable high schools in Quezon City for the student teachers’ internship training
    • Seminars/workshops on the latest trends in teaching
    • Trainings on the preparation and use of appropriate instructional materials

    • Total development of future teacher’s personality
    • Examinations are patterned under the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET)

Bachelor of Arts in Communication

This program offers a balance between theory and practice. It is designed to provide the students with excellent training in communication as an art, a science, and service to the community. It also aims to enhance and develop the student’s potential for critical appraisal, reflection, and expression required for a successful career and active, responsible citizenship.

The students gain a clear understanding of the ethical significance of, as well as the responsibility involved in the use of print, radio, television, film, and the new media. They are also trained to become proficient in media writing and production for radio, television, film, and other audio-video presentation to meet the ever-changing needs of business and industry.

    • Training of students to be responsible, proficient, and skillful in the use of the latest technology and trends in the media industry
    • Extensive exposure to radio, print, television, and film genres, even in actual real-world scenario
