The seal of Angelicum College is made up of two circles with the outer enclosing the inner circle. The upper half of the other circle burst the word "Angelicum College" and the lower words "Quezon City" and the institution's foundation year 1972 below it. Two stars situated poles apart separate the upper half from the lower half of the outer circle. The inner circle encloses the sun above an escutcheon and a banner with the motto of the institution below it.
The sun above the shield, rendered in gold, is symbolic of St. Thomas Aquinas, Doctor of the Church and Patron Saint of Angelicum College. His faith and vision, a heritage treasured by the Dominican Order in particular and the Catholic Church as a whole, illuminates and inspires Angelicum College as it strives for excellence in its own search for Truth.
The aqua-blue crests of escutcheon carries an open book between the Greek letters Alpha and Omega. The color represents the Blessed Virgin Mary whose intercession we invoke in our quest for Truth.
The shield of the escutcheon bears the coat of arms of the Order of Preachers. Angelicum College is Dominican in all aspects. The Order's charism and search for Truth embodied in its motto contemplare et contemplata aliis tradere (to contemplate and to share with others the fruit of our contemplation) are ingrained in the school's activities, mission statement, philosophy and objectives. The Philippine Dominican Province gives de facto its full and un qualified support to the institution and its continuing search for Truth. Black and white respectively symbolizes sacrifice and purity.
The banner encloses three Latin words: Caritas, Justitia, Fortitudo. In English they mean (in the same order) Charity, Justice and Fortitude. All who pass through the portals of Angelicum College are expected to have a great love of God (the highest form of Charity), a strong sense of justice and unyielding fortitude to overcome all odds in the service of God and neighbor.
The predominant color of the seal is gold. It stresses the school's goal to achieve excellence in academic pursuit and other endeavors and in the refinement of each person as she passionately searches for Truth.
