A renewed space for learning and community now stands at the heart of Angelicum School Iloilo, as the school formally unveiled and blessed its newly renovated Audio-Visual Room, aptly named “Aula Prima,” in ceremonies held on Feb. 27, 2026.
The blessing was led by Rev. Fr. Honorato Castigador, school director of Angelicum School Iloilo joined by Rev. Fr. John Stephen Besa, president and rector of UST Angelicum College and former principal of Angelicum, Rev. Fr. Paul Lovell Javier, school principal, and Rev. Fr. Glen Mar Gamboa, parish priest of UST Santisimo Rosario. Faculty members, staff, and invited guests witnessed the milestone, marking a significant step in the school’s continuing development.
More than a renovated facility, Aula Prima symbolizes renewal and growth—a modernized venue designed for academic programs, assemblies, performances, and formative activities. With upgraded interiors and improved amenities, the space is set to enhance student engagement and strengthen campus community life.
School leaders expressed hope that Aula Prima will serve as a cornerstone for meaningful dialogue, creativity, and excellence, reflecting Angelicum’s enduring mission of a self-paced, non-graded, holistic system of learning.
