In a significant milestone for academic collaboration, Angelicum School Iloilo assisted by UST for the (second or third time?)  proudly served as an official testing center for the University of Santo Tomas Entrance Test (USTET), welcoming aspiring Thomasians from across the region.

The USTET is the official college admission examination of University of Santo Tomas, one of Asia’s oldest and most prestigious Catholic universities. Each year, thousands of students nationwide take the exam in hopes of securing admission to the university’s diverse academic programs.

By hosting the examination, Angelicum provided a convenient and accessible venue for examinees in Iloilo and neighboring provinces, eliminating the need for long-distance travel. Classrooms were carefully prepared to meet testing standards, while faculty members and staff ensured that the process ran smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

The atmosphere on examination day was marked by quiet anticipation and determination as students filled the campus grounds, ready to take a major step toward their college aspirations. Angelicum’s organized setup and accommodating environment reflected its commitment to academic excellence and service beyond its own student body.

School administrators expressed gratitude to the University of Santo Tomas for the trust placed in the institution. Serving as a USTET testing center not only strengthens ties between the two Catholic institutions but also reinforces Angelicum’s role as a partner in shaping future professionals and leaders.

Through this opportunity, Angelicum once again lived out its mission to live for justice and grow in love — extending its service to the wider community while upholding the Thomasian Spirit.
