Establishing a global academic partnership, Angelicum School Iloilo Principal Rev. Fr. Paul Lovell Javier, O.P., and Nanshan High School’s Mr. Ming-Cheng (Michael) Tsai signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).

The event, held on January 23, 2026, at Nanshan High School in New Taipei City, Taiwan, was attended by school officials and student delegates from both institutions.
Through this bilateral school visit, internationalization was strengthened through cultural, academic, and student exchange programs.

Furthermore, the partnership provides learners with global learning experiences through a campus tour of Nanshan High School and classroom immersion of Angelicum learners in YS11–SHS2 classes.
Following the formal MOA signing, the event also presented the implementation of joint face-to-face and virtual exchange activities for Academic Year 2026–2027.

Shortly after, a luncheon hosted by Nanshan High School provided an opportunity to deepen connections among participants.
In his speech, Fr. Javier emphasized Angelicum’s commitment to providing students with international exposure grounded in holistic and values-based education to prepare them for a globalized world.

Meanwhile, Nanshan High School highlighted its dedication to holistic development by promoting creativity, optimism, global awareness, and an education rooted in character formation, digital innovation, and an international outlook.
