Angelicum School of Iloilo is now open for applicants for nursery and kinder!
Ever since, Angelicum has always been about guiding young people in their academic pursuits, with the hope that in the process, they also find their distinct selves - their uniqueness. A good place to start, of course, is at the early stages of their life journeys.
Angelicum’s curriculum for preschoolers emphasizes that goal, with integrated subjects that tackle the development of life skills, whether it be in Science, Math, or English. Learners under the nursery and kinder level will be able to hone their ability to accomplish anything from simple household tasks to more advanced work.
“Our curriculum is designed to connect concepts to realities; and stories to experiences,” said Rev. Fr. Stephen Besa, OP, Angelicum’s school principal.
In a holistic approach, the school also highlights Catholic Dominican Formation as early as preschool through Christian Living Education.
Angelicum’s facilitators are well equipped and qualified to guide the preschoolers as they all specialize in early childhood education. One of their aims is to highlight one of the postulates of Angelicum, which is the Home-School-Community Collaboration, where everyone has a hand in the learning process of the learner. There are regular Parent-Facilitator Conferences that are channels where parents and teachers can discuss the performance and progress of the learners.
